Our Bilingual Associate Underwriting System Advisors work closely for our Underwriting staff to train and support them on Underwriting Systems, in order to help them succeed in their roles. They have extensive knowledge on Wave, Workbench, LincQ and, Clips, while also supporting Underwriters with other systems within the organization.

Working in a collaborative team, there are opportunities to develop and create learning solutions for our Underwriting teams. There will also be ample time spent building out new initiatives and collaborating on different projects as priorities change. You will be well supported by a tight-knit team who will do everything to help you succeed in this role

You’re great at:
- Building relationships, communication, and being resourceful- Utilizing your speed while also maintaining a sharp eye for detail- Problem-solving to build new & innovative solutions, including instructional design and facilitation- Easily adapting to changing priorities

You have:
- 1-3 years of Underwriting experience- Understanding of Wave, Workbench, LincQ, and Clips- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of groups of people- An understanding of Adult Learning principals
