**YOUR DAY AS A CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT**
- Issues certificates of insurance from client requests/contracts and, in conjunction with the CSM/CSR, ensures the insurance program meets requirements.
- Set up new clients in Epic
- Scan & attach policy docs to EPIC ( CSM/CSR will give the docs to CSA with instructions advising where to scan & how to name it)
- Process invoices and enclosure letters as instructed by the CSM/CSR
- Printing liability cards: pinks, NOA
- Issuing template letters for Liability cards and mailing them
- Attaches open & closed claim notices & submits to claim department
- Process return mail
- Issuance of Surety Documents
- Prepares Presentation of Policy Documentation in Binders for clients
- When required prepares file folders for policy/correspondence (stickers & labels)
- Follows BFL policies and procedures, including security and quality procedures, as currently set out and as amended from time to
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required
- Hybrid work option will be available after training is complete
**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Minimum 1 year insurance experience
- General Insurance License level 1 or 2 required
- Extremely detailed
- Must be completely client focused and service oriented
- Maintenance of licensing requirements/continuing education
- Excellent communication skills, listening, verbal, and written
- Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and with others throughout the organization
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow
- Willingness to go beyond the job description
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
