**Primary Focus**

We are looking for a Client Services Representative to support the delivery of safety programming and services to Manitoba’s trucking industry. Working with RPM Trucking Industry Safety, in collaboration with the Manitoba Trucking Association, this role is vital in connecting industry with health and safety resources, training, and support. The primary focus of this position is to provide front line communication and service to the trucking industry, ensure accurate record keeping, and promote awareness of safety initiatives and the certification program through RPM.

**Who We Are Seeking**:

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Ability to clearly communicate safety related information and program details to clients at all levels.
- Experience working with or supporting occupational health and safety programs is an asset.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and/or SAFE Work Certified is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and basic website functionality.
- A collaborative team player who supports safety promotion and engagement across the sector.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders including client leaders, management, workers and governing bodies.
- Act as the point of contact for communications and inquiries regarding RPM services.
- Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services.
- Register companies with RPM and determine their level of engagement.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Conduct ergonomic and noise assessments at client sites.
- Make recommendations on areas for improvement based on client site visits.
- Assist in the development and distribution of tools and resources relevant to health and safety programming.
- Promote RPM programs by participating in safety and health prevention activities.
- Assist in developing communications for the public, clients, and other stakeholders using social media.
- Assist in the marketing and public relations activities relevant to RPM Safety Programs.
- Assist in maintaining the RPM website to ensure information is current and accessible to clients.
- Assist in the development of tools and resources relevant to health and safety programming.
- Participate in event and project committees.
- Support and attend stakeholder events (during and after work hours).
- All other duties as assigned.

**Applicants Qualifications**:

- Preference will be given to those graduated from recognized post-secondary training (certificate or diploma) in courses related to safety, health, and environment management.
- Understand the SAFE Work Certified Audit and Maintenance Audit tools as it relates to clients Safety Management Systems.
- Understands the regulatory environment of the transportation industry.
- Must have the minimum of a valid Class 5 vehicle driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and be available to travel.
