**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatchers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse floor, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Flexible language requirement:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
