**_Your role with us: _**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Lead Hand is responsible for training leading, coaching and coordinating daily warehouse activities and staff. You are a leader and mentor with strong communication skills and the ability to engage and align a team. You will oversee the receiving, storage, picking, and shipping functions of both inbound raw material and outbound finished goods in the warehouse.

**_You will bring to the role: _**
- 5 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in shipping and receiving, international experience preferred
- Knowledge of RF scanners and barcoding. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Experience working within an ERP environment.
- Experience operating forklifts (stand up and sit down) and cranes preferred.
