Position: Window Cleaner & Window Caulker

Job Summary:
Hourly Rate: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift, Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating at a high angle via approved safe methods to clean windows.
- Conducting structural inspections, removing and/or replacing windows, and other glazing functions.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas that require caulking or re-caulking and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Select and use appropriate caulking materials based on the type of window, weather conditions, and building specifications.
- Operate and maintain caulking tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven 3-4 years experience in a Window cleaning and window Caulking or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and proficiency in using caulking tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
- Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal) to coordinate with team members and provide status updates.
- High-rise experience is a must
- Prior experience working with Swing Stage and Bosun chair is an asset.

Desired Experience:

- Experience in Poured and precast concrete sealant
- Curtain Wall caulking
- Masonry control joints
- Exterior windows and doors
- Expansion joints
