Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients with great client service skills
- Assist the manager to handle client requests and maintain the client database
- Assist the Investment Advisors by helping to process the business, entering data on electronic platforms, booking client appointments, uncovering sales opportunities, and preparing client files using tools required to provide the ideal client experience
- Contribute to the creative process from concept to visualization and execution of ad campaigns, brand design, and marketing collateral
- Perform other duties as the manager may need

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is MUST
- Recently graduated from college or university
- Time management and organization skills
- LLQP licenses preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
