**Experienced Service Advisor needed for a busy Thornhill Store**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement all systems, procedures, and processes
- Achieve high profitability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Superior customer service skills
- PROVEN track record of exceeding industry benchmarks
- Able to personally handle over one million dollars in annual sales
- Automotive and tire knowledge
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Familiarity with computers and other technology
- Keen understanding of the automotive aftermarket repair business
