International Talent Liaison Officer

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to Canadian businesses to discuss their hiring needs and the potential of integrating international talent into their workforce.
- Present our company's mission, services, and the calibre of our talent pool to potential employer partners.
- Understand and articulate the conditions and processes related to offering employment to foreign workers.
- Maintain and update records of employer requirements and preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (French is an asset).
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar field, with an understanding of the Canadian job market.
- Knowledge of immigration and employment laws about foreign workers in Canada.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and drive.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Salary**: $18.90-$25.26 per hour

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:

- Farsi (preferred)
