Client Service Leader

We are seeking a

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily activities of key accounts (comprised of approximately $4-6MM in annual revenue), with a focus on driving organic growth and building long-term relationships
- Serve as the key liaison between Bounteous and our clients
- Develop and manage strategic account management plans that establish relationships enterprise-wide, identify and mitigate threats, uncover opportunities, and raise Bounteous’ strategic role within client organizations
- Intimately understand the client’s brand and objectives
- Serve as a client partner and advocate; articulate and hold the full-range of client concerns
- Lead new Statement of Work kickoffs and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders and systems
- Facilitate and execute contracts and agreements
- Ensure proper collections through close review and reconciliation
- Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic digital initiatives
- Benchmark state-of-the-art practices; influence profit and service improvements
- Partner with clients and internal teams to create creative, rich, relevant customer experiences that drive results
- Drive the decision-making process; direct clients and internal teams towards the best solutions
- Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process
- Participate in key planning milestones; serve as a guide to the design and development teams from initiation through execution and completion
- Develop and prepare client scorecards and dashboards to demonstrate high-level results and trends
- Provide clients with relevant and actionable reporting, analytics, and consultation
- Assist in pitch, closing, and negotiating contracts

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of client service, digital marketing, or account management experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting clients or business in the consumer packaged goods industry, specifically within consumer goods and services, travel and hospitality, retail strongly preferred
- Experience supporting clients or business leveraging Adobe, Salesforce, and/or Drupal strongly preferred; other platforms a plus
- Experience leading and operating in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding listening and presentation skills
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
- Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions to support their goals
- BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred

$127,000 - $170,000 a year
- Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
