Elora Brewing Company is a small brewery and brew pub located in the heart of one of Ontario’s most unique small towns. We pride ourselves on sending delicious and accessible craft beer across the province and provide an unforgettable farm to table experience at our brew pub.

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking person to join our team and represent us as our Licensee Territory Manager. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships to manage sales at Restaurants, Bars and other retail beer locations. We are looking for a person who is passionate about craft beer, customer service, and is motivated by the challenge of contributing to a growing brand.
- Someone with experience in the restaurant industry (Servers or Bartenders looking to make a jump would crush this role).
- Loving craft beer is a must, sales experience is an asset.
- An analytical approach to sales and hitting targets
- Someone who values and can execute exceptional customer service
- Able to build and foster long lasting relationships
- Flexible with their schedule (able to work the occasional evening and weekend)
- Self motivated
- Organized and punctual
- A team player

Requirements of the role:

- Manage a sales territory that includes but is not limited to the KW, Guelph, Cambridge, Hamilton and the GTA
- Work within a sales plan to nail your targets
- Be comfortable making cold calls, meeting new people and building new relationships
- Able to move kegs (80 lbs) and occasionally make deliveries
- Smart Serve Certified
- Valid G class license
- Comfortable working from the road
- Participate in monthly sales meetings in Elora
- Pick up payments from accounts

Compensation
- Base Salary + 5% commission on sales
- OTE for year 1 is $60,000
- Access to a company vehicle, cell phone allowance and a company provided laptop.
