**Job Description:  **

Reporting to our Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Stirling Marathon is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the sales & marketing function including the launch of a new brand of domestically manufactured refrigerators. **Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in formulating and executing a marketing strategy for our 3 core brands (Stirling, Marathon & Epic)
- Create photo and video content for website, social media channels and brochures/pamphlets
- Oversee all social media account management, engagement and strategy
- Plan long term content strategy in a calendar and adjust on a weekly or daily basis to stay relevant
- Design sales presentation templates & collateral for sales representatives
- Assist with creative direction and overseeing build and design of a new website
- Writing copy for website pages, digital product catalog, brochures & spec sheets
- Assist with point-of-sale concepts & the design of in-store product displays and merchandising
- Working with customer service team to update and write copy for use & care product manuals
- Coordinating product photo and video shoots with photographer/videographer

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a marketing or graphic design position
- Degree or Diploma with a focus in Marketing and/or Design
- Adept in graphic design, photo editing (i.e., Photoshop) skills and experience with video editing software
- Proficient in managing multiple social media accounts for different brands (including Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Threads, X)
- Understanding of website UI & UX design best practices and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Bilingualism in English & French is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
