Caretaker/maintenance

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all areas are kept clean and organized.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
- Respond promptly to requests for assistance from owner between the hours of 8 to 5 weekdays and any other emergency requests over and above the 8 hours also paid.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in maintenance and house cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to safety practices and protocols while performing duties.

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
