**Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.**

The **Guest Services Agent** welcomes and registers guests, establishes credit, directs guests to room, relays messages, answers questions about services, maintains and updates records, obtains payments, makes reservations and secures valuables.

**Duties**
- Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
- Registers guest by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifies pre-registration information, assigns rooms, and issues guest room keys and packages.
- Directs guest to room and suggests parking location.
- Secures guest’s valuables by processing lost and found to the housekeeping department.
- Responds to Guest grievances and follows-up as required.
- Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash and collects payment for incidentals.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for guest service with a professional demeanor in a fast paced environment.
- Good oral communication with conflict resolution skills.
- Previous OPERA experience an asset.

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 15 lbs.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time with the ability to work outdoors year round.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
