Our System is designed and operated as a Network of interdependent processes and its effectiveness is entirely predicated on its correct management.

**4 The Position - Field Project Manager**

**5 Role Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Leadership team, the Project Manager looks after all Field Maintenance related activities at the MSCP project site. The primary goal of this position is to ensure that the quality and safety of the work meets the MSCP standard of execution. They are also responsible for the positive, collaborative management of relationships with our clients. By ensuring that the MSCP Heat Management operating philosophy is understood by our workers and clients they will be vital in creating a strong viable industry where only the traditional fragmented trades services providers have performed work before.
- Providing leadership and stewardship for safety, and quality performance, in the execution of MSCP projects
- Managing client relationships through high-quality, low-variation client liaising, reporting, coordination, project execution, and project closeout
- Understanding their role as the chosen _constraint,_ the Leverage point that generates maximum perceived value for the Client, in our system and how that relates to the business processes
- Operating in a Quality based system that operates as a network and requires ongoing attention to continuous improvement
- Being able to quickly raise and articulate problems in the system so they can be addressed properly using the MSCP methodology
- Ensuring MSCP Digital Work Package completion with low variation to company standards.
- Embracing the day-to-day management of people, ensuring project staff performance and well-being on the job
- Actively tracking project progress and performance to plan and take proactive actions in coordination with MSCP Operations to correct adverse situations or trends in safety, quality, execution, and project staffing
- Coordinating completion of Engineering, Construction, Procurement and Material Management activities in MSCP projects
- Hold project field leadership personnel accountable for implementing the MSCP strategy.
- Understanding project Electrical, EHT, Insulation and Rope Access scope from client construction working packages, MSCP bids, quotes, drawings, and deliverables**Role Requirements**
- A red seal journeyman ticket, bachelor’s degree or technical diploma
- Prior experience in managing Oil & Gas or related industrial projects is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills, Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills, and Strong leadership skills
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset to complement our unique approach to project management.
- Technical competencies in Electrical, Insulation and Electrical Heat Tracing estimation, quoting, procurement and installation.
- Strong skills working in a digital environment, including MS Office suite, Project Management software and handheld devices for field quality control and assurance.
- Experience in an Industrial setting on shift work
- High level understanding of construction project execution
- Ability to complete an extensive in-house training program.
- Familiarity with Procore or digital construction management software considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $110,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
