**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Mixing bread
- Proof and bake bread for the day
- Prep and scale out for bread production for following day
- Maintain stocks of dry baked products
- Maintain the mother yeast program
- Ensure that products are baked to proper temperature and doneness
- Perform quality testing on all production for the day
- Tear down and clean before end of the day
- Follow guidance from senior bakers and complete tasks as directed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experienced with at least 1 year in a professional bread baking position
- Experience baking sourdough
- Experience in a commercial/Professional kitchen
- Knowledge of sour dough/hand shaping culture

**Schedule**:

- Up to 8 hour shifts
- Morning shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
- Bread (Sourdough is a plus)

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
