Summer Window Cleaning Sales and Production Manager

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Client Relations**: Generate new business through sales efforts, engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate estimates, and develop positive customer relationships.
- **Team Management**: Lead and motivate a team of technicians, setting performance goals, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality service.
- **Production Oversight**: Schedule and oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure timely and quality service delivery to all clients.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct job site inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, maintaining customer satisfaction and company reputation.
- **Problem-Solving & Adaptability**: Tackle unexpected challenges that arise, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Leadership Skills**: Experience in leading or managing a team, or a strong desire to develop in this area.
- **Sales Experience**: Background in sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
- **Organizational Ability**: Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, logistics, and team coordination.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication with both clients and team members.
- **Resilience & Flexibility**: Able to manage the demands of a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and find solutions to challenges.
- **Physical Ability**: Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor conditions as needed.

**Pay**
