**Summary**:
Alchemy Extrusions primarily builds custom lead-based products, including anodes, weights, and radiation shielding. However, we have built our reputation on building projects and components of a highly custom and complex nature, on time and on budget.

**Requirements**:

- Operating machines and using hand tools to cut, shape, form, burn lead
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and work ethic
- Ability to read shop work orders and basic math skills
- Ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner
- Excellent ability to communicate and coordinate with other members of your team.
- Ability to operate forklift (preferably licensed)
- Welding experience
- pre placement baseline lead test and physical

**Duties**:

- Work from work orders, and instruction
- Works independently to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Perform detailed analysis of the component parts configuration/dimensions to determine the most efficient machining operations required for production
- Inspect parts for stated dimensions and surface imperfections for production runs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
