**General Labourer**

PenSafe has two (2) openings for general labourers in our Stoney Creek facility. These are multi-faceted positions that need to fill a variety of duties as listed below.

**Pull testing** - perform accurate placement of product on an automated pull testing machine and confirms testing of each individual part

**Assembly** - assembles components together to meet the required specifications

**Riveting** - performs operation to form a head on a rivet on a riveting machine

**Etching** - performs operation to accurately place parts in a fixture in order to laser etch markings on products

**Sewing** - performs operation to sew soft goods on various sewing machines

**Drilling** - performs operation to accurately place parts in a fixture in order to drill holes on a drilling machine

**General labour** e.g. Boxing - performs accurate boxing packaging of product, ensures count accuracy and proper identification of labels on boxes

**Rectifying** - performs operation to ensure part straightness on a fly press machine

**Punch-out - **performs operation to accurately punch out components of previously assembled parts on a punch press machine

**Inspection**:

- Performs accurate visual & functional determination of a product that meets or fails the set criteria

Sewing experience and knowledge / familiarity with light industrial equipment would be a definite asset, but a willingness to learn via training will suffice.

Compensation to start at $20/hr. Benefits and profit sharing packages also included.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
