**Douro Roofing** is a Unionized company and has been in business for over 40 years, servicing Northern Ontario. We are currently seeking full-time **Flat Roofers** to join our team in Greater Sudbury, ON.

This position will require travel out of town with **paid accommodations** and a **live-out** arrangement during work assignments. **Transportation from the shop will be provided** for all out-of-town jobs.

**Schedule**:

- Monday-Friday - home on weekends The job we are currently hiring for will be for out of town work.

**Duties**:

- Installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs according to industry standards and company guidelines
- Clean and maintain roofing equipment
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of work area, vehicles used in the performance of duties
- Conduct inspections to identify and repair any leaks, damages, or potential issues with the roof
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and following working at height regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Qualifications**:

- A valid Working at Height Certificate is considered an asset for this position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in flat roofing is an asset
- Must be able to complete routine tasks with little supervision
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- **Must pass a Criminal Background check and a Drug and Alcohol test (including cannabis) prior to reporting to the job site. (This is required by our client)**:
