**Location**: This opportunity has the ability to be remotely onsite/hybrid/remote in the Vancouver, BC Lower Mainland.
- **Annual Base Salary**:$42,100 - $50,900 CAD

**Trade Show Administrator**:
Safe Software is looking for an Trade Show Administrator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll be essential in organizing and executing our company's participation in up to 25+ trade shows annually. This role focuses on efficiently managing the logístical and planning aspects of each event to ensure smooth operations. Beyond the core responsibilities of project management, such as handling event logistics, booth setups, navigating event portals, and coordinating with vendors, this position also offers the opportunity to contribute in a broader capacity. Should the individual demonstrate efficiency and capacity to handle additional responsibilities, there are ample administrative tasks and projects that could use support. First and foremost, their goal is to ensure that each trade show is a reflection of our company's high standards, contributing to our overall marketing objectives through precise logístical support and coordination.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an Trade Show Administrator, you will:

- Coordinate the entire lifecycle of trade shows from sign up to execution, ensuring each event is delivered and deadlines are met.
- Manage all logístical aspects of trade show participation, including working with the travel coordinator, accommodation bookings, booth rentals and orders, and compliance with event requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all trade show-related vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring all parties meet their commitments.
- Oversee the administrative aspects of trade show participation, including registration, the submission of required materials, and the management of event portals.
- Ensure each trade show’s logistics and requirements are planned and executed, including equipment rentals, lead scanners, AV and any other necessary services.
- Manage project timelines and checklists to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align trade show participation with overall marketing objectives, without directly engaging in marketing strategy or content creation.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:
Safers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas.

**Required skills**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of project management and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or diploma/certification in project management, or a related field is a bonus.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and other software.
- Strong administration, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple trade shows simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with vendors, partners, and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
