How you’ll make an impact:
As a student in Risk Management you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the organization and gain broad exposure to the operations of a mutual fund company. You will support various risk assessments, conduct control testing, and provide recommendations for improvement and provide ongoing oversight.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Learn about various operational processes across the organization.
- Learn risk management frameworks and various risk management programs.
- Partner with various departments across Fidelity and learn how identify and manage risks, and how risk management team provides independent monitoring and oversight.
- Gain valued skills in time management and adherence to timelines

What we’re looking for:

- You are working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, business or economics
- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You must be currently enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this position
- You must also be available for the full duration of the co-op term
- You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement._

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
