Cleaner (Casual)

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide custodial services that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to cleaning operations.
- Assist in heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients and staff, ensuring their satisfaction with cleaning services.

**Qualifications**
- Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
