Cleaner (Casual)

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Use custodial equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the premises.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility users promptly and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally.
