Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with their inquiries, providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Technical sales experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask and maintain organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
