Operational Training and Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify training needs across the operations
- Develop and implement upskilling and reskilling programs.
- Develop training programs in collaboration with department heads and instructional designers.
- Manage training operations, including scheduling and execution of training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
- Recruit and manage trainers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality training.
- Implement learning tools and utilize learning management systems (LMS).
- Provide support and guidance to employees throughout their training and development journey.
- Track and report on the progress of training initiatives and employee development.
- Support the operations manager with ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Prepare the next generation of leaders through targeted development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of online training methods and HR best practices.
- Experience in leading a team of trainers and managing large-scale training programs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
