**Position**:Front of House staff

**Location**: 1736 Boule Maloney Est

**Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently
- Pack food orders with care and accuracy
- Process customer transactions at checkout
- Maintain stock levels and organization in work areas
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure a clean working environment

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
- Good memory for order details and customer preferences
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Flexible schedule, including weekends

**Responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre les commandes des clients efficacement
- Emballer les commandes alimentaires avec soin et précision
- Traiter les transactions des clients à la caisse
- Maintenir les niveaux de stock, la propreté et l'organisation des espaces de travail
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
- Assurer un environnement de travail propre

**Exigences**:

- Parler couramment l'anglais et le français
- Avoir de solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et responsabilités
- Bonne mémoire pour les détails des commandes et les préférences des clients
- Capable de travailler efficacement sous pression
- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 20kg
- Une expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire est un plus, mais pas obligatoire
- Horaires flexibles, y compris les week-ends
