**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
- Help create and execute menu items, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support inventory management by assisting with ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling and safety procedures.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.
- A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
