Parts and Service Representative

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: PARTS AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
**DEPARTMENT**:PARTS
**ROLE**:
The employee's role is to participate, adhere to, and collaborate in the activities of their team. Through their involvement, they contribute to the overall performance of the group by ensuring adherence to the policies, procedures, and processes of their department.
**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:
Reporting to the Director of Parts and Service Sales, the representative is responsible for assisting clients with parts and service needs, as well as prospecting for new clients to expand the company's customer base.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Visit regular clients and prospect for new ones.
- Forward parts or service orders to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow up with clients who have placed orders.
- Review any special orders with the parts director and obtain approval.
- Inform clients of ongoing promotions.
- Coordinate the sale of services or parts with various directors.
- Perform any other related tasks.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Stress resistance.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
- Essential: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- High school diploma.
- Asset: Experience in the heavy vehicle industry.
