**The Role**:

- Create and maintain parts database and do related purchasing
- Enter data accurately and in accordance with project timelines
- Act as a liaison between the project manager and project stakeholders in a professional manner
- Actively participate in the JHSC meetings, support health and safety standards on site and maintain employee certifications
- Keeps track of all safety documentation and ensures tool box talks and Joint and Heath Safety meetings are conducted
- Coordinates production meetings and prepares site reports
- Provide administrative support to the Project Managers
- Perform daily quality checks on production homes as directed
- Coordinate documents and requirements and storage locations: drawings, specs, scopes,
- Prepare houses for various municipal inspections including an occupancy permit
- Schedules and keeps track of Municipal inspections for Project Managers
- Orders and keeps track of office supplies for site staff
- Coordinates inspection packages for City Inspectors (excavation, framing, grading etc.)
- Coordinate the OLS schedule, logic, and schedule management
- Responsible for helping with organizing Trade Partner events
- Engage trades and gain exposure to trade relations and trade management
- Responsible for coordinating locates (Gas, Hydro, Communication Wires) prior to excavation
- Responsible with coordinating Construction heat and final gas inspections with Project Managers
- Perform any other duties as required

**You Will Bring**:

- Post-Secondary education in Construction, Project Management or related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience, with previous experience in low rise residential construction, project management, home building is required
- Knowledge and understanding of Ontario Building Code
- Demonstrate an exceptional computer background including experience with MS Word and Excel and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and use judgement to make decisions as appropriate.
- Experience with Newstar or other Enterprise Accounting System.
- Exceptional organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple
- tasks seamlessly with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form
- Ability to identify problems/issues and generates solutions and makes sound decisions using standard procedures
