**About us**

Liquor Town is a retailer of spirits, wine and beer in Richmond, BC.

**Responsibilities**
- To work under the supervision of the Store Manager and Regional Manager/Head Office
- Assist with overseeing of the daily operations and management of the liquor store in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide direction and leadership to staff
- Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of staff
- Proper receipt of product shipments and placement of products on retail shelves
- Conduct scheduled inventory physical counts
- Maintain outstanding store condition/cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure staff is trained on customer service, sales, product knowledge, store management etc.
- Reporting on sales, revenues, expenses, problems etc.
- Active in inventory loss prevention
- perform store duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven successful experience as a Liquor Store Supervisor or relevant role in liquor retail industry
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Flexible to work variable shifts - days, evenings, weekends and Statutory Holidays

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)

Work Location: In person
