**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Engage and follow up with all warm leads to maintain continuous discussions.
- Book appointments and schedule site visits for estimates.
- Assess job descriptions, scope, and requirements to provide accurate estimates.
- Generate and send fast, accurate quotes to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate jobs with both clients and the on-site team.
- Ensure excellent client communication throughout the estimation and scheduling process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project details are executed as planned.
- Use the company CRM to manage leads, track job progress, and follow up on quotes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in concrete or waterproofing estimating is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage warm leads effectively.
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in using CRM software for managing client interactions.
- Ability to provide fast, detailed, and accurate job quotes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of job scheduling and project timelines.
- Reliable and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Nice-to-have Skills**
- Familiarity with project management software and construction tools.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in the construction industry.
- Understanding of negotiation and material pricing strategies.
