We are a fast-paced, production-oriented innovative machine shop. Our product is shipped all over North America. We are a growing shop looking for a new addition to the team as we expand. If you are an **experienced CNC lathe/mill operator**, we would like to invite you to submit your resume.

Our current focus is on expanding our Day Shift, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 am.

**Who We Are?**

At ASAP Manufacturing we manufacture tooling and prototype components as directed by blueprint or instructions using CNC equipment. We are largely a manufacturing support to our sister company Automated Solutions and Products Inc.

**As a member of the ASAP Mfg. CNC Team, you will**:

- Work as part of a team to deliver demand driven value to customers
- Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment
- Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
- Perform all related CNC Lathe & Mill requirements
- Verify that tooling and prototype components are to blueprint specifications
- Must be able to work overtime when required

**Who You Are?**
- CNC Machining Experience: HAAS CNC Lathe/Mill equipment experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledgeable in G Code, read and edit is mandatory
- Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
- Willingness to learn and improve your skills.
- 3-5 years relevant experience setting up and operating 2axis CNC Lathes/Mills.
- Red Seal ticket would be a definite asset
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, working with close tolerances
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have own measurement tools ie: caliper, micrometers, depth micrometer etc
