**Key Responsibilities**:

- AutoCAD Responsibilities:_
- Create, modify, and maintain detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop accurate designs based on project specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members or clients.
- CNC Operator Responsibilities:_
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision in manufacturing.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience with AutoCAD and CNC machining processes.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 pounds].
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and machinery.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
