**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As our People and Culture Specialist you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.

**On a Typical Day, You Will**:

- Partnering with the team and leaders to help develop and execute both a short
- and long-term People strategy that directly supports and enables the business' objectives.
- Various administrative tasks such as employment letters, new hire documents and employment contract - with an extremely high attention to detail.
- Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through.
- Partner with the broader People team to ensure high quality implementation of critical HR operating rhythms such as performance management and compensation planning, leveraging resources as appropriate.
- Partner with business leaders to implement the most effective and optimized organizational structures, with an eye for longer-term growth and stability.
- Support and collaborate on D+I initiatives
- All other duties as assigned

**Who Are You?**
- Team Player and Problem Solver
- Value an empathic and kind team
- 3+ years experience working in a HR capacity
- Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting and sourcing technical and non-technical talent across North America
- Analytically driven; you utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis.
