We invite you to join NinjaTech AI as a **Paid Media Strategist** (part-time, contract) as we innovate together to build autonomous AI agents.

**The Paid Media Strategist** will play a critical role in accelerating our growth trajectory from Seed to Series A and beyond. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and collaborating closely with the CEO (both are ex-Google), this position will lead paid media initiatives, focusing on online advertising campaigns and growth objectives.
Other collaborators include our SEO and Social Media consultants, as well as Director of Ops and UX team (we provide all visual assets for ad campaigns)

**About you**:
The Paid Media Strategist can work remotely in the US or Canada. If you are in Silicon Valley or Vancouver (Canada), you are most welcome to work at our office alongside the team (we work 5 days onsite and offer paid meals).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work in close collaboration with the CPO and CEO to leverage the budget as effectively as possible by setting up experiments and doing A/B testing.
- Create, build and manage cross-channel ad campaigns to drive lead generation and user growth, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
- Write ad copy(ies) and lead asset development; our UX team provides visual assets.
- Think critically while working with various Ad platform teams: set up experiments, tweak campaigns and do A/B testing
- Analytics: Monitor and report critical metrics. Send daily and weekly updates. Join regular team calls and be available for quick questions on Slack

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on growth marketing role within a startup, preferably in the B2B SaaS or AI space.
- Strong understanding of PLG strategies and experience driving lead generation through various channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders such as affiliates.
- Exceptional communication skills: oral and in written form.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
