**Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator**
**Location**: Fischer Hearing Regina, Saskatchewan
**Job Hours**: 10A.M - 4:00 P.M Monday to Friday
**Wage**: Starting at $20 per hour
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Patients**: Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable.
- **Taking Appointments**: Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- **Patient Form Management**: Handle patient forms, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and filed.
- **Confirm Appointments**: Reach out to patients to confirm upcoming appointments.
- **Post Appointment Calls**: Follow up with patients after their appointments to address any concerns or questions.
- **Taking Payments**: Process patient payments and manage financial transactions.
- **Contracts and Invoices**: Prepare and manage contracts and invoices.
- **Inventory**: Monitor and manage office and medical inventory.
- **Hearing Aid Maintenance, Drop-offs, and Inquiries**: Assist patients with hearing aid maintenance and handle related inquiries.
- **Expense Tracking**: Track and manage office expenses.
- **Shredding**: Ensure confidential documents are shredded appropriately.
- **Scanning Documents to Patient Files**: Scan and upload documents to patient files accurately.
- **Social Media Tracking and Enhancing**: Monitor and enhance the clinic’s social media presence.
- **Support Bookkeeper**: Provide support to the bookkeeper as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and patient management systems.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Work Location: In person
