**Casual Position - Client Coordinator at INVU Medical Aesthetics**

INVU is hiring a casual Client Coordinator to join our collaborative team who believe every client deserves a highly personalized experience with exceptional results. We are looking for someone who is a positive, team player who has a passion for skin health and a passion for patient care

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Available to work weekends and evenings. Fill in for staff vacations, days off and sick days.

How you do your job has a huge impact on our patients' experience and our business including appointment bookings, revenue and positive on-line reviews. Taking initiative and cross-selling are a requirement in this role.

Your success in this role depends on your ability to be self-directed with your time, your tasks and your workload. You love following processes and protocols so that our clinic can operate smoothly.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a patient, client, customer or guest service role.
- Highly interested in skin health, skin care, injectables and outcome-based treatments.
- Interest and ability to contribute to social media, e-blasts and building community or relationships.
- Previous medical spa, retail, and/or hospitality experience is a plus
- Experience using JaneApp

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting patients with skincare products
- Take part in ongoing educational seminars for skincare and treatments.
- Scheduling appointments
- Scheduling educational events for staff
- Help plan Client Appreciation Events, VIP events
- Preparing patient charts
- Preparing orders/online orders
- Monthly inventory - reorder stock
- Cleaning/stocking shelves
- Receiving orders

**Skills**:

- To contribute thoughts and ideas to marketing, promotion and outreach strategies.
- Proven sales skills.
- The ability to collaborate, creativity, curiosity and expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership/management experience
- Able to work independently
- Ability to multitask/self-manage
- Problem solver
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Tech-savvy an asset to help with the booking system and social media

- Wage: $20-25 /hour based on experience.
