**Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- File Documentation including but not limited to Batch Records
- Maintain QA with the filing of finished product retained samples and QC with the filing of raw material retained samples.
- Maintain QA and QC via retention of sample logs, when required
- Assist procurement in obtaining quotes for various projects or day-to-day requirements
- Maintain Quality Systems Document Control
- Ability to work with minimum supervision across-check accuracy of label information produced by other team members
- Investigate and advise on allergen issues as well as formula and supplier changes
- Provide regulatory information and support to cross-functional teams
- Liaise with regulatory agencies such as the Natural and Non-prescription Health Product Directorate (NNHPD) or the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
- Assist with new Natural Product Number (NPN) submissions
- Develop internal processes and databases to track and record ingredient or product information, customer preferences, and internal communications to improve department efficiencies
- Provide timely reports
- Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preference will be given to those with a minimum of one year of experience in natural health and/or functional food manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, while working within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Team player with the ability to follow-up and maintain a positive attitude
