**A Day in the Life**

As a Transportation Specialist, you will provide support for a 3PL provider specializing in action sports/outdoor. The Transportation Specialist will perform reconciliations and data entry functions to ensure the accuracy of the invoices we receive from our carriers. This individual should be motivated, proactive and a master of details who can also understand the bigger picture, multi-task and meet deadlines.

**What does success look like in this role?**Someone who shows attention to detail and accurately handles the day-to-day functions of the role. Solitifies a strong relationship with our key partners and is an effective liasion between them and the internal team.

**Shift : Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30 PM**

**All About You**

What you will bring to the role:

- Knowledge of WMS system is preferable or other type of Warehouse Management system.
- Strong verbal and written communication required and inter-personal skills a must.
- Effectively interacts with all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines.
- Require strong time management and organization skills.
- Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
- Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves:

- Minimum of 1 years' related experience or working with clerical duties, booking keeping and other office duties.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, sitting for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. when stepping into the warehouse.

**Things You Will**B**e Doing**

Transportation
- Prepares large data sets for review and approval
- Performs Invoice Reconciliation
- Assists with data entry
- Trouble shoots discrepancies, anomalies or issues.
- Exchanges information with other employees of the organization and external contacts.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

Compensation: $19.95/HR - $28.85/HR
