Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage and maintain inventory stock levels
- Assist with employee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing
- Train and mentor new employees
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can assist the manager in various aspects of the business. The assistant manager will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
