**Owner Operator - Snow Clearing Services**

We are seeking experienced and reliable **Owner Operators with Tractors, Loaders and/or Backhoes** to join our team for snow clearing services during the winter season. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations, making a positive impact on our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain your own backhoe or tractor to clear snow from designated areas.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure safe snow clearing operations.
- Work on a flexible schedule to address snow clearing needs during winter weather events.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and communicate effectively with our team.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition to ensure effective use during snow events.
