Warman, Canada Warman Home Centre LP Full time

Warman Home Centre is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our busy retail lumber yard. The selected individual will work amongst our shipping and receiving department. Hours will vary depending on the daily workload, with an average of 30 hours per week.

This position would be considered somewhat seasonal but for the right individual willing to expand into different roles within the organization additional hours maybe provided.

Responsibilities will include;
- Organize paper work such as Purchase Orders and Invoices,
- Track delivery driver loads and destinations including customers’ names, shipping address, invoice numbers, and driver initials,
- Tend to customer inquiries pertaining to deliveries and returns,
- Other general administrative duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities;
- Twelve (12) months+ of office reception experience or post-secondary education relating to office administration/reception,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Shipping and Receiving experience would be a considerable asset,
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics,
- Strong customer service skills with an extremely positive attitude,
- Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at 8AM, Monday through Friday,
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
