**Front End Manager**
The Front-End Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the cashier group, security of our cash operations and all front-end operations to ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times.
The Front-End Manager will direct the activities and priorities of the cashier group with a means to achieving overall store objectives, customer service standards and accuracy in all cashier services.
The Front-End Manager must be fully communicative with the Office Supervisor and/or other key personnel where required, keeping them informed of all activities, endeavors and actions taken.
**CASH MANAGEMENT**
- To supervise, train and discipline cashier group to ensure they meet all performance objectives.
- To ensure all procedures for cash management are followed including making up cash floats and all cash office services including Daily Sales Reports.
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- To set standard and establish an ongoing atmosphere of superior and outstanding customer service from all members of the cashier group.
- To project a professional and friendly image in all undertakings
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
