Eagleson Construction, an expanding Millbrook based company, is seeking an experienced Pipe Layer for sewer and watermain construction projects.

**Skills and Knowledge Required**:

- Install water, sanitary and storm sewer structures and pipe systems
- Lay out pipe routes, following specifications or blueprints, and coordinating layouts with supervisor
- Cut pipes to required lengths
- Connect pipe pieces and seal joints, using mechanical connections and fittings as required
- Grade and level trench bases, using tamping machines and hand tools
- Perform duties safely around mobile equipment and have a high sense of safety awareness while performing work
- Operate pickup trucks and rollers frequently whenever materials need to be transported
- Knowledge of pipelaying practices and commitment to safety
- Strong leadership skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Working conditions require standing and lifting for long periods of time
- Work locations are outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness and ability to travel out of town to perform work as necessary
- Physically strenuous and demanding job
- Full time

**Education** - High School Diploma

**G class licence**

**Salary**: $20.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
