Green & Clean Home Solutions is a growing home improvement company dedicated to helping Mississauga and Etobicoke homeowners enhance the look and value of their properties. Whether it’s painting, staining, window cleaning, eavestrough maintenance, or pressure washing, our team takes pride in delivering excellent results. We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic **Field Sales Associate** to join our sales team and connect with more homeowners in the community.

What the Job Looks Like:

- Canvassing door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our services.
- Joining daily team huddles to review progress and goals.
- Logging leads and managing contacts in our CRM system.
- Scheduling estimate appointments with interested homeowners.
- Explaining services and responding to common homeowner questions.
- Assisting with local promotions and community awareness efforts.
- Working toward and surpassing personal and team lead-generation targets.
- Attending bi-weekly virtual meetings to track performance and set objectives.
- Continuously improving your sales skills and results.

What We’re Looking For:

- Outgoing, approachable communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Dependable, organized, and strong at time management.
- Open-minded and eager to learn from feedback.

**Compensation**: This is a commission-only role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
