Halifax, Canada Moulding Warehouse Ltd Full time

At Moulding Warehouse we manufacture mouldings, and build prehung doors. We have a facility with a showroom attached where you will be working in Hammonds Plains. We offer health, dental and life benefits after a 3 month probationary period. We offer RRSP matching as well. Hours of operation are 8-5pm Monday - Thursday; 8-4pm Fridays. Please note bus routes are not reliable in our area, you will need your own reliable transportation.

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a FULL TIME motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Production Logistics professional to join our team. (40-60k a year depending on experience, negotiable).

**Duties**:

- Keep door shop orders organized and up to date.
- Keep on top of inventory demands ei: keep on top of when we are low on a certain style of doors or sizes.
- Ability to drive and maneuver large loads with a forklift to organize lifts of doors in our storage facility.
- Help on front desk providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Take customer orders.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status, production timelines, and logistics coordination.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Help load customer vehicles.
- Be able to lift 70lbs
- Must have steel toed boots.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the construction sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Construction background is an asset
- Organization skills are a must. This will be a large part of your job.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
