**Alberta Garage Builders **is a locally owned and operated construction company that builds well-designed and practical garage and garden suites. We create spaces that are comfortable and convenient for our customers. We are now looking for a **Project Supervisor **to join our team

Do you have 2+ years of residential construction project management experience? Then send your resume right away

**What you will do**:

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans.
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, provide updates and address concerns.
- Address any issues that arise during construction, from design changes to delays.
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and compliance with permits.

- Stable salary -4000 - 6000$ (base + %);
