**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Adhere and maintain the company’s BIM model and drawing standards.
- Work with efficiency in Revit Structure, Bluebeam and ACC.
- Develop engineers' concepts, mark-ups, and sketches into accurate LOD 300 models and drawing packages.
- Task delegation and mentoring of BIM Technicians.
- Provide construction administration documentation support and/or perform low complexity site reviews.
- Participation in BIM department goals.

**How you fit into the team**:

- You report directly to the Director of BIM.
- You work closely with one or more Studio Teams.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum four years of relevant Structural Revit experience.
- Intermediate Revit and BIM skills.
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil/Structural Technology or related field with relevant work experience.
- Registered member of OACETT or ability to become registered.

**Compensation**:
