Regent Security Services is currently looking for both part-time Security Officer/ Concierge. We are a growing company and looking for individuals who are looking to build and grow with us. Regent is currently looking for a part-time Concierge/Security guard for a residential condominium in Vancouver.
- Basic Security license
- **Available to work overnight shifts from Mon to Fri 2300-0700 hours**:

- Ability to communicate in both oral and written English
- Must be a people person and have high customer service skills
- Must be able to walk and comfortably conduct building & parking patrols
- Must be physically fit and strong
- Must be able to write good reports and communicate well with customers
- **Safety and Security** Previous experience in dealing with noise complaints, video surveillance
- **Emergency Response **Respond to building emergencies and assist emergency services
- Look professional and well-groomed

**Job Types: Permanent (Full Time)**
